In Memoriam
Mona Winberg
President of the OFCP
(1972 - 1974)
Mona will be remembered by many for her dedication to the work of the Federation. In her welcome to the 1969 OFCP Conference in Toronto, Third Vice-President Mona Winberg pointed out that, in essence, everyone had an impossible dream, and to achieve this dream we all need support, encouragement and independence. She quoted the late Robert Kennedy:
“I dream of things that never were and ask, ‘Why not?’ ”
