History

Several years ago a group of concerned parents, people with disabilities, Board and Staff Members of the OFCP started to talk about planning for the future of people with disabilities. They realized that there needed to be specialized help available to families who were uncertain about the future of their family members with disabilities. The result of that group's efforts and dedication is the Long Term Planning and Support Program. The program is on the leading edge of long term planning for and with people with disabilities in Ontario.
