Program Objectives

A typical plan developed through our program involves three components.

• To Create and Document, Detailed, Relevant and Focused Life Plans From the Perspective of the Person With a Disability and the Family, Which Will Be the Guiding Vision of the Person’s Life, Now and Into the Future.

• To Create and Maintain Networks of Support and to Provide Information and Resources to Assist With Estate Plans Which Will Provide Physical, Moral & Financial Support to the Person, Trustees and Caregivers So That They Can Orchestrate the Vision Outlined in the Life Plan.

• To Secure the Vision Through a Contractual Agreement to Provide Lifetime Supports to the Networks of Support, the Family and the Trustees for the Entire Lifetime of the Person With a Disability.
